I have given this review five stars because
1. Quick and simple to book the van.
2. Documentation done very quickly and efficiently in the office.
3. Van was clean and tidy.
4. Most importantly I was rather anxious about driving a vehicle much bigger than the one I normally drive. Rob the owner could see this and offered to take me on a test drive. He did this and was immensely reassuring. This made a big difference to my confidence and made my experience of driving the van pleasurable rather than anxiety provoking.

be forewarned. this place has a £1000 excess.

they gave me a massive van that i didnt want, it was to big.

then theres the rather unpleasant unnecessary shouty call about paying the excess for damage.

my advise ... go to enterprise!

Yes there was an accident so what? Post the images so people can see the damage i paid for £1000 for. You loose a star for your response. unnecessary and frankly why its not a bad review. just pointing out the excess of a £1000. I'd call that a public service.
