Very unprepared estate agent. Who instructed me to park in a bay and assured me it was ok. However I have now incurred a parking fine to which haart in Medway will take no responsibility for and took me to call them to find this out as they would have never got back to me. The estate agent didn’t know the lay out of the property took me to a different property all together. Has no understand of leaseholds either was a shambles from start to finish. Good luck with selling your property and buying one through haart at Medway.
