Can you please tell the driver of the white double decker school bus who every bloody day at around 5pm, drives up Watford road between Daventry and an the a14 to maybe...just maybe once pull over!!!!! Sick of driving at 30mph unbelievablely selfish behaviour

A queue of cars normally 15-20 plus by the time you get to cold Ashby is not okay 😂

Please can you inform your drivers of the rules on blue badge holders! Rude driver! I kindly came out of a cafe, leaving my lunch, as I could see the coach couldn’t get round the corner down, a very narrow, one way street to get to a school. Coaches always struggle to get down there, so why they try on a regular basis is beyond my understanding, when there is an easier, alternative route. I was parked round the corner on double yellow lines, displaying a blue badge, as I’m allowed to do. To be yelled at, that I can’t park there was rude. I said I could and was told I can’t. He was lucky I didn’t return to my lunch and leave him stranded! Please train your drivers on blue badges and how not to be rude!

Driver of this Hamiltons Coach H9 UKA forced me off the road attempting to take his coach on a back cut through to avoid the traffic lights at the Kingsthorpe Welford Road junction. He had insufficient room to turn his vehicle into the side road and blocked the junction. He then drove at my vehicle forcing me to reverse in order to avoid a collision. He has been reported for dangerous driving.

Absolutely horrendous service! The coach was a stand in for the national express from Cambridge to Heathrow, to depart from Trumpington park and ride at 5:35am there was 8-10 of us waiting, the coach didn’t arrive until 6:20am the stress that endured on all of us is unacceptable. No email or text to notify us that it was definitely coming. The bus driver was particularly rude, after being that late he then had a cigarette and argued with a passenger before eventually leaving with us to hopefully not miss our flights. He blasted the heating the whole ride It was so uncomfortable and I had such bad travel sickness

Absolutely appalling driving, flashing us to get out of the way on the m6 in the slow lane instead of just overtaking & he swore at us when he eventually went past, keeping in mind children were in the car. Shameful and complete arrogance, unfortunately didn’t catch the number plate.

I'm a student at a school and we use Hamiltons 8:12 it's supposed to be here and it came at 8:40 most days some days it didn't even pick us up it's really bad and unreliable

Never seen such bad driving in my life flashing people to get out of his way even though they're sat at the speed limit in a 60 mph in roadworks, on the M1 at 08.30 reg is H17UKA and it's pouring with rain.

I was really lucky to get a space on the Disney land Paris trip last week and cannot express how fantastic my experience was overall!!
Firstly the driver couldn’t have done anything more for us and was very proffessional and polite.
Min was in charge on our coach and he was exceptional. At the end of the day my children had an unforgettable experience 🙂
I’ll definiately be booking again with this company, couldn’t fault the value for money or the comfort of the trip!
