Myself and my Husband moved house at the back end of last year and we would not have been able to do this without the amazing help and support from Victoria. She was an absolute god send!!

We were in the unfortunate position of needing to get a second mortgage offer, just as the percentage rates were rising and when banks were pulling their offers. Victoria’s knowledge, guidance and persistence with the bank was incredible. She is professional yet personable and kept us both up to date throughout the whole mortgage offer process.

It was an extremely stressful time and Victoria brought a lot of kindness, warmth and reassurance to the whole journey.

Victoria was absolutely great throughout the whole mortgage application process. Richard has helped me With my pension and I can honestly say the advice i received was 1st class.

if I could give a 6 star review believe me I honestly would , Not only was the information I received clear and precise, it was given in a Jargon free manner which I really appreciated.

I was given all my options available so I could make an informed decision on what suited my individual needs.
