Rizwan Shah completed an auction purchase for us within 10 days, there were big complications within the title itself for the property. Seller's solicitors couldn't resolve it in 2 years which Rizwan Shah resolved in 10 days and got us through completion otherwise we could have lost the deposit paid to the auction house.
