Hayley was recommended to me, plus I was fortunate to connect with her at an event that we were both exhibiting at, so we got to chat for a few minutes. After booking an initial call, I felt Hayley was the right coach for me, and I signed up for 3 months of coaching. I am a small business owner, juggling two businesses, questioning my work/life priorities, and wanting to make right changes. Within the first session I completed Hayley’s life wheel and became very obvious to me that I had the career, personal growth and finances sorted, but my health, relationships and recreation was non-existent. At the end of the programme, I updated the life wheel and have made great progress on focusing on my relationships, friends and recreation – still more to do on health – which I am proud of myself for doing the work with Hayley’s support.

During the 3 months engagement, I reset my personal goals and each time I came up on a tricky decision Hayley showed me how to use my goals to make the right decision for me. It sounds simple but having a support to guide me through the process was invaluable. I certainly made better decisions, and when I needed help Hayley helped me understand and work through the harder ones.

It’s very easy for me to talk about work all the time, and focus on what I’ve got to done, get it done and then move onto the next job. Hayley was great at celebrating with me and helping me see how much I achieved in 3 months, but more importantly she checked in with on every session to ensure I wasn’t just focused on work.

I highly recommend Hayley as a coach and guide, the service she provided was excellent.

When people ask me for recommendations on where to eat, I need to be confident, beyond doubt, that the meal will be excellent before I comment.

I met Hayley just over a year ago. We got chatting on the phone, had some really good chats and the conversation would meander unhindered. As a cynic, in the back of my mind, that little voice was saying - she is just being friendly so you will sign up for her coaching course. The thing is, she never mentioned it once, in all those months! I ended up enquiring about it.
Fastinated with motivation, happiness, psychology, I consider myself a life long learner. I have lived an interesting life on different continents, asisting many to fulfil their dreams. What could I possibly learn that I did not already know? Yet I was stuck, I was not happy and I needed to get off the fence and make some bold changes - and this had been going on for years.
Eventually, after poking around Hayley for weak spots and not finding any, I figured, what did I have to lose? Obviously, that little voice in my head nagged - once you pay her, she has no reason to be so patient - you are going to regret it.
So we embarked on a journey together, 12 weeks. Actually it was way longer as I had reached a lull in my 'stress' and it was agreed to pause and start up again when the main event hit.
I can say that I have never felt more love and support from anyone in my life then when I was on my journey with Hayley. I have grown to trust Hayley completely; not just her integrity, faultless punctuality, non judgement, but her pacing and intuition. she knows when to just hold the space and when some nudging is needed.
With the weekly zoom calls and the daily checkins via whats app, often several time a day. We projected into the future as to what my perfect day would look like. I felt as if I was her only client. She seems to remember every detail going back months and soon poked me if I had not checked in. Yet I also know that her book is pretty full; I dont know how she does it.
I felt slightly apprehensive as our time together drew to a close. Upon reflection, this was indicative of the level of support I was provided.
So where am I now? Wow! A million light years away from where I was only 4 months ago. Arguably the biggest change in my life and I am out the other end. Happier than I have been for a long time. Stronger emotionally than I have been, optimistic energised.
and just like the question of fine dining, would I recommend Hayley Partridge Coaching? In a heartbeat.
If you know what you want to achieve or you need support in figuring that out, and then achieving those goals...
And that old cliché: My only regret is that I should have met her sooner. But the timing would not have been right.
My days seem shorter, a lot shorter - seems that time really does fliy when you are having fun.
Now off to complete that project that will see me financially independent for the rest of my life. Yes, I would have have got there in the end but I have my excitment and enthusiam back. Thank you for just being you Hayley. X
