Rebekah is always friendly and supportive when I telephone the office, and quickly understood what type of roles I was seeking. She has been quick to contact me when she found a job I would be suited to. This is reassuring because, as a temp, you always hope you will quickly find another role once one temporary job finishes.

She also creates good relationships with managers at the companies who are seeking staff, which means that I have always had a good outline of the role and a helpful introduction to who I will be working for. I have also had excellent support from the contact helpline when I needed to check payroll issues, and the Hays Workspace website is also really helpful.

The three temporary jobs I have been offered by Hays so far have all been of a high quality, and I feel that this looks good on my CV and gives me more chance of getting more good work in the future. The jobs have met all my requirements, by providing interesting work with a good degree of autonomy, some flexibility in working patterns, and a pleasant working environment. The pay rates have also been very good.
