We sold and purchased our new property with HCB Walkden Office. A process that we hoped to be fairly straight forward as both parties were cash purchasers. We could not fault our solicitor and her legal team. We were kept informed all along the way. However we were more than vexed and annoyed when it came to the financial proof and acceptance, even though our Financial Adviser had sent proof verifying that we had more than sufficient funds. We know the importance of verification and legality needed when House Purchasing/ Selling and Potential for Money Laundering, however some common sense has to be applied.
