I had never had to use occupational health and found Healthier workforce a great find, they provided me with step by step guidance, contacted the employee and provided me with updates and advice, the employee has now successfully returned to work, the reports received are clear and concise, the employee found the interaction between themselves and Healthier Workforce a positive one. Definitely would use again if needed, and would recommend the service 100%

Quick to support, however report provided little insight. There was no follow up with the client and we had to chase 4 times to receive the report. Then told the employee sent it to us, so they don't need to. Not the service I would have expected for the cost.

Garner & Shaw Ltd have been using Healthier Workforce for our occupational health assessments and health surveillance for a number of years now. Elite Fire have been working with Healthier Workforce for their Occupational Health in London services. They have been excellent providing new starter assessments, and sickness absence management. Great value for money and Joanne and her team have been easy to get hold of whenever we need them. Give them a call you wont be dissappointed.

At first glance, it looks like an attractive website, but this is misleading, apparently a shambles, and in fact, both times I've contacted them, they've been unable to provide OH service. The waiting was over 4 weeks, no update, the person I spoke to initially turned out had left, and now the left hand doesn't know what the right one is doing. Avoid!

Don't waste your money with this company, the so called experts try to cover themselves by being ambiguous with their report, totally sat on the fence. Quick to take payment but offer no guidance from a so called 'Dr'
