I wanted somewhere to get fit in a way that was suited to my individual needs, and that is exactly what Renae has done. She not only listens to what I want to achieve, but she pushes me to my limits whilst making it fun and ensuring that every session is different. The whole team is friendly, professional and SO good at what they do. I can highly recommend Henley Practice for classes or one to one personal training.

I've been using Laurence and Tony at the practice for several years now, they always provide an excellent service and are full of knowledge. They have provided me with regular sports massages and therapy for sports related injuries, they always have me back up and training in the minimal time needed. The facilities are modern and you are made to feel very welcome.

Friendly helpful first contact, and excellent appointment with Laurence. Clearly, he is right up to date with the latest knowledge and has great communication skills and a reassuring, positive manner.
