Always excellent service from the team at HFC, our business has used them for years now and we wouldn't dream of going anywhere else, the team are friendly and efficient. They are very pro-active in suggesting upgrades or cost savings that would benefit our business. I recently had issues with my laptop and due to a recent surgery was unable to drive, they arranged for Liam to visit me at home and fix the laptop on site, which was very much appreciated. The team at HFC systems provide an excellent service at a very competitive price. I have purchased lap top computers, printers, print cartridges etc. from them over the years and used on many occasions the remote online support to resolve any IT issues I've had. I have found the team to be friendly, patient, exceptionally knowledgeable and happy to help with queries however straightforward or complex. A great company providing a top-notch service.

We have been using HFC for many years and will always continue to do; every issue or query I have had with either the computer or telephone systems has always been resolved very quickly, whether over the phone or with a site visit, and they are always on hand to give advice when needed. HFC Homefix Computers ! This company is simply excellent ! I have used them for quite a few years now and they have been very good.
Last week my 12 yr old laptop finally packed up and I was ill with Covid. Liam Teasdale of HFC came to my house collected the machine, recovered all the data and put it onto a new machine, then delivered it back to my home address ,all within 24 hours.
I switched the new lap top on and everything was there ! Liam then followed up with an email to enquire how I was recovering !
You simply can not get better service than that these days anywhere, and the cost was very reasonable indeed. Well done HFC you are the best in the business ! Thank you ! From Stuart from Thornaby.
