The facilities were excellent and the food superb. The room I had whilst being clean and relaxing was a little tired. The bathroom sink plug didn't close so the sink would not fill, the air-conditioning didn't appear to cool the room and the kettle would not automatically switch off when boiling. Apart from these minor inconveniences a really enjoyable short stay.

The hotel is located in a really beautiful place by the lake.The hotel also has a swimming pool and good size pool.
Breakfasts are a very good, great choice for everyone. Dinners are also very nicely served and tasty. The hotel service is very nice, the rooms are clean and comfortable beds! Had a great sleep. We welcomed for conference and had a great weekend. Our parking was £11 a day at discounted price.

The hotel is located in a really beautiful place by the lake, you can walk or run around the lake. The hotel also has a swimming pool, so there is something good for everyone. Breakfasts very good great choice for everyone. Dinners are also very nicely served and tasty. The hotel service is very nice, the rooms are clean and comfortable beds! The location is great because right next to it there is a train station with trains and buses, right next to it there is also an airport.
Overall I spend really nice time in there with my family 😍

This was my 3rd time staying here. Unfortunately, the hotel did not live up to past experience. To begin with, the key card system went down, so you had a 50-50 chance of your key working. Mine didn't, requiring a return trip to the front desk, loaded down with luggage, for a re-key. Instead, they sent a concierge to open the door for me. She advised I wait 'an hour or two' before leaving the room again, to see if maybe the system had reset and the key would work. Yay. Once in, the room was stifling, about 24'C, the air-con not working at all. In the end, had to change rooms twice, the air con never did work, and only 1 of 2 lifts were in service. All this against the background of 3 different conferences being held concurrently at the hotel, the upshot being that this Hilton is simply not up to the task. One really sees how aged this property is. The staff did their best, nothing but great things to say about the people I interacted with during my 2-night stay. Better hotels for less money are available: suggest staying at one of those until this Hilton is sorted out.

I recently stayed at the Hilton and was very pleased overall. The room was extremely comfortable and made for a relaxing stay. The convention center was also excellent – spacious, modern, and very well-suited for professional events.

My only downside was breakfast. While the variety of food was impressive and everything looked great, most items were barely warm – including the coffee, eggs, and sausages. A bit more attention to keeping things hot would really elevate the experience.

Still, a solid stay and I would definitely consider coming back.

Lovely staff, they are truly a credit to themselves. Always polite and welcoming.

Food at the Guild bar is inconsistent with its quality and heavily overpriced. Charging London prices and definitely worth eating out at resorts world instead.

The hotel needs a massive overhaul. Leaky roofs when it rains, AC that may or may not work and the lobby is very, very worn, which is not a good look.

Beds are comfy, but rooms are a bit dated in the decor. Executive rooms are not worth the upgrade as its just the same as double but with no balcony.

Good location close to the airport and to Coventry. Check-in was quick, Sarina from reception did a great job. Very much enjoyed the breakfast with a good choice of options and extraordinary service by Anisa. Thank you Anisa! Quite a big bar is also an advantage. Very nice stay in general

We had a lovely stay at the Hilton Met Birmingham our room was clean, reception staff were friendly, hotel perfect location for the Birmingham NEC. We didn't eat there, so unable to comment on food.

I would like to shout out to Nick the Porter we received amazing service from him. He went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable.
