I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly, professional, and always ready to help with anything I needed. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with all the amenities I could ask for. The location was perfect—close to local attractions yet quiet and peaceful for a good night’s rest. Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options. Overall, a very pleasant experience. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Another great stay at the Hilton Cambridge. Albeit with a fall in standards, particularly in the Executive Lounge. Great location.||Rooms and views are not exciting, but the staff are mostly friendly and helpful. ||The Executive Lounge is a pleasant space, though very little in the way of snacks throughout the day and rarely attended by staff to clear tables or top up. 'Happy Hour' is two hours in the evening when snacks and alcohol are available. Alcohol choice not what it used to be and sadly the red wine is very mediocre. Major premium is charged for exec rooms, so available refreshments, mean that it is very disappointing and likely explains why the lounge was not any where near as busy as it used to be.||Very comfortable beds, coffee machine and kettle. Bizarrely only one packet of biscuits - rather mean.||Bathroom dated. Bath over shower, apparently no walk in showers in the hotel. Toiletries are good quality - large dispensers.||Service in bar is attentive and good. Drinks nicely served.||Breakfast is great, with reasonable choice. Hot food is constantly topped up.||Valet parking is a bonus and works well when there are enough staff on duty.

Good sized room, comfy bed, would have loved to have a window that opened. Air conditioning only.|Super breakfast, self service. Would have expected a pot of tea not make your own in a mug. |Staff very friendly and more than helpful. |We booked an executive room, much bigger bed. Executive lounge serving complimentary drinks and small snacks but only between 6pm and 8pm. |Perfect location. Yes we would book again.

Holiday|As a Hilton Gold Member we were upgraded from an executive room to a suite! A big thankyou and a shame we were only staying for one night as we were passing though. The suite was very spacious, well appointed, and very clean. The hotel overall was pleasant and staff were happy to assist. Our first time to Cambridge and what a beautiful town it is. As a result of our very breif visit we will be returning for a few days and booking a suite at this lovely hotel. Thank you 22/5 Room 332

We stayed back in Feb to attend a gig at the Corn Exchange which is barely a 5 min walk from the hotel. ||The hotel was easy to find and they have a valet service when you arrive. Check in and check out was welcoming and friendly and our room was super spacious! We had executive lounge access which was super quiet on a Sunday evening and had a hot snack, available and spirits, wine and prosecco.||Breakfast in the morning was amazing! There is everything you can imagine to suit all tastes...could have eaten enough to see me through the week!||The best service was almost a month after checkout when I realized I didn't have a pair of Carvela Boots at home. I looked back and realized the last place I had them was here so as a long shot, thinking I wouldn't have left them behind, I sent an email on Friday night to ask if they could check.||By Saturday 9am, I received a reply from Rasa to say they had located them and had already sent them to the post office and provided me with a reference number and cost. I then received an email from Sally to advise how to pay via a secure link which was so easy and simple!!||Absolutely first class service and if we get to visit Cambridge again, we will definitely be back!

Great location within 5-15 min walk of literally everything!! Rooms are clean and nice esthetic, but beds are definitely harder spring beds, the tub floor is substantially higher than the ground so it's kinda sketchy getting out without slipping (I just held the door knob), and just for awareness, there isn't a clock or mini fridge in the room. Valet only but it is very timely!

What an absolutely fabulous hotel in the middle of Cambridge city.|The Receptionist welcome was just perfect and made us feel very special.|Our King suite was absolutely perfect with so much space and a beautiful view . The settee and chairs were so comfortable along with the king sized bed. The bathroom was fitted so well with a separate shower which was so easy to operate.|We visited the Executive lounge which was very spacious and well stocked with food and drink and magazines.|We ate well in the Piano Bar ,which was so well designed ,on the ground floor and the bar staff were extremely courteous. The Bar menu was extensive and just suited our tastes.|We will definitely be returning to this perfect hotel in Cambridge.|Dennis B,Shrewsbury UK

The hotel is centrally located, provides valet parking, and has quite a nice amenity package. We stayed there in June 2025, while travelling in England, visited several of the Cambridge University colleges along with the Imperial War Museum at Duxford. Overall, the stay was enjoyable and I will give this hotel high marks.
