All the staff were amazing as were the facilities. Upon arrival Joanne on reception upgraded our room to a deluxe double room which an amazing touch for our anniversary. She was amazing, as were all the staff but Joanne was stand out for me. Breakfast was also a big hit, lots to choose from and great quality food. Staff in there were also amazing. Such an amazing experience and will definitely use this particular hotel again

Just wanted to say a big thank you to the staff at the Hilton, I was not in fact a guest, but I was invited to the bar along with friends who were staying and the staff were so friendly and attentive. Moreover, when it came time for me to toddle off to my own hotel , whilst mere minutes down the road, the staff insisted on giving me a lift in the shuttle bus as it was late at night and they wanted to ensure I was safe.
Such kindness and care for people is deeply appreciated and next time I come for Download festival, I will choose Hilton!

Good for a very short stay. Travelled for a meeting, but due to the location of the Hotel being next to the M1 you can hear traffic all night. Sadly no ear plugs at reception and wouldn't have made a difference moving locations.||Other than that a nice bar/ restaurant and spa facilities. Friendly staff and a nice breakfast.||Dates a bit in the rooms compared to other Hilton's.

I was blown away by the service and value of this location. It was meant to be a stopover as we traveled from Wales to the London area, but turned out to be a real gem. The room and beds were fantastic. We were greeted with a glass of Prosecco and a lovely front desk associate that was happy to get us situated. Lastly, of the 5 Hilton properties we stayed at on this trip, the breakfast at this location was absolutely the best, while to cost of the room was the lowest! Great job Hilton East Midlands, you will definitely see us again on our next trip around the UK.

Attended a friend's wedding. Lovely function area and attentive staff. As expected the bar was rather expensive and I did find I was charged different prices for the same drink all evening. When asked about this I was told I was looking at an old price list. Anyway it didn't detract from this lovely day.

The hotel staff, especially Jay was extremely helpful. He was able to help solve all of the issues I had when checking in so quickly and made the stay so incredibly worthwhile. The hotel was clean, nice, great facilities and Jay and his team were top drawer. 5 star

Amazing hotel. Clean, new, practical. Only issues were that we took a wrong turning on the round about to access it and then you have to detour to try and fix your mistake so it may be considered hard to find. I was on a put up bed and it was uncomfy but the normal beds were fine.
Very clean and restaurant was good. Had no issues with keycards which we normally do at hotels.

Diamond member, enjoyed my stay. Would have been nice if they offer complimentary parking for diamond member as many other hilton hotels do.

Room upgrade was good and late checkout was honoured.

Breakfast was good with items replenished swiftly
