I stayed for two nights for my sisters birthday weekend. It’s very close to Canary Wharf station. The hotel is nice I had the loveliest receptionist Mina who upgraded our room with executive lounge access and breakfast. The lounge was quiet it could do with some music and more snack options but I had a great view of the city. The breakfast was very good there were a lot of options they didn’t do coffee or matcha but overall it was good.

We stayed in this lovely hotel because we were going to a concert at the 02, and as Canary Wharf is only one stop away from North Greenwich, it was ideal. It was also our Golden Wedding, about which we had told Sissy, who we booked with.|The staff at the Hilton were wonderful. We were given a suite, balloons and rose petals on the bed, Prosecco, chocolates and cake in our room, and more cake at breakfast the next day.|We also had access to their Executive Room on the 14th floor so we could have canapés before we left for the 02. |Breakfast was very good, with lots of choice and friendly and attentive staff. An excellent experience, and would thoroughly recommend this hotel. We will be back!

A great hotel with one of the best breakfast set ups I’ve seen in London - comfy room with a decent sized bed. Needed some extra pillows and that was sorted quickly with no fuss. |Some nice little treats in the room on arrival - all things that make a difference. |All of the staff were courteous without being insincere. |A really good hotel to base your visits from. ||Will use again.

We really enjoyed out stay here!
The hotel has a great location, being surrounded by many restaurants, a grocery store, and many Tube Lines. It was easy to travel to all the main attractions in London, and then very nice to come back to a quiet area in the evening to relax.
The breakfast is good, but nothing special, and the restaurant has a great fish and chips dish.
Overall we has a great two-night stay here and would love to come back next time we are in London!

Promised so much but was overall very disappointing.

I went to the hotel straight from the airport at about 9am and hoped my room might be ready so I could have a shower and change before going to the office. I was told the room was not ready but I could do the paperwork and they would ring me when the room was ready. I left my bag with the concierge and went to my office

I still heard nothing by 4pm so I went around and they had to look for the paperwork, the room was ready but nobody rang me. While I was waiting for my key to the room, another guest came to reception and asked if he could have a late checkout of 3pm and he was told no problem. It seems daft that you pay for a room you cannot access and the guy who is supposed to be gone doesn't have to leave his bags with the concierge.

The room I had was very big but the bathroom and the bath were tiny, it was absurd, they could easier have taken 4ft * 4ft more for the bathroom and had a big room. When shaving the bathroom door is swinging closed behind you. There is a high step up over bath which would be a problem for older people. I am 6ft and broad, standing in the bath having a shower my little toes are on a slope at the edge of the bath, I found it slippy too. Also the shower had the worst pressure I ever saw in a hotel, you would have to run around to get wet.

I got a pint at the bar, the barman stopped pulling it around half way and was using a knife to flick the froth out (gas was way too high), only I was watching he proceed to top it up with a different beer. I brought this to his attention and he pulled a new one for me. The fresh pint was atrocious.

I got back to the room one evening and the housekeepers had left a note about enjoying my stay but for some reason left two sweets with Union Jack flag wrappers, I don't know why Hilton think people would want the flag of the British Empire in their room.

Great hotel with really friendly staff who happy to go the extra bit to make your stay perfect. Rooms are really spacious and well equipped. Location is excellent, close to shops and the underground. Also we found very close to the O2 area, so only 10 mins to get to a Concert.

The hotel was just about perfect for our stay. One of the highlights was definitely the staff—everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming, especially the breakfast team who really went out of their way to make the mornings pleasant. The gym facilities were decent, and the room offered a very good price-quality ratio. All in all, a great experience and excellent value.

Check in - check in process was quick and fast. I was given a welcome drink. Typical process - verified my ID and needed a CC to put on file for incidentals. They put a £50/night charge on my CC

Room - I was upgraded to a better room given my status as a Diamond member. Grateful for that. View of the room was great and the size of the room was big. I was pleasantly surprised at the size, I mean, this is London. There was a cute note and candy from house keeping. Room came with a robe and house slippers and a small fridge. There was no microwave. The shower was dirty, hate seeing someone else’s hair in the shower. Other than day, bathroom was okay. Room is not well insulated against noise, I was woken up multiple times by the person above me. Pretty typical hotel nuance.

Location - location was great. Super easy from the airport. No transfer needed. However, hotel was not easy to find and phone coverage in that area is spotty because of the water. I had to ask police officers for help, to find the hotel. A sign by the train station exit would have been helpful! Tons of restaurants in the area. I felt very safe, regardless of the time of the day. Beautiful area, really loved and enjoyed the area. Close to major tourist attractions.

Food - breakfast was great! Tons of selections, different varieties. There is a breakfast menu as well as buffet. Pastries, eggs, yogurt, cereal, cheese, fruits. They had everything I needed or wanted. Staff were pleasant as well.

Executive Lounge - great selection of drinks - pop, water, beer, wine, coffee, tea. They had afternoon snacks and evening snacks. Lovedddd the chocolate chip biscuit! They only had it one day but I was always going to the lounge to see if the biscuit was available. Lounge was never too crowded and snacks were different most days.

Overall, I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Loved the location and it was a safe location.
