The LHR Hilton T4 is a great location and highly recommended hotel especially if you are flying in/out of Terminal 4. The covered walkway makes it accessible in approximately. 10-20 minutes (depending on your speed of walking). |As with all 'airport hotels' it has a little higher rate cost but is very much worth the convenience - as expected the food and beverage costs are higher too but no more or less than any other equivalent level airport hotel. |The onsite hotel OXBO offers a wide, varied menu and personally we have always had a good (albeit more expensive) dinner meal when dining there. |The OXBO restaurant is also the location for their fantastic breakfast. |We always book at the 'room (inc. breakfast) rate'. I do believe the breakfast can be purchased separately also if you book 'room only' but is a little more expensive than it being included in the rate. However it is very much worth the cost as it a very expansive spread of food to suit all tastes. |Additionally the breakfast staff are phenomenal and go out of their way to make your dining experience enjoyably relaxing. |A special commendation should go to Sumara, who assisted us both days during breakfast. She is a wonderfully attentive staff member and an all round delightful person. So pleasant, smiling and helpful. She is a real gem and is a true asset to a positive image of the LHR Hilton.

Excellent check in on arrival. Niomi was efficient, friendly and helpful. Large comfortable room with lift access. Breakfast plentiful and hot. Executive drink lounge area quiet. Main bar area bright and airy but bar service was very slow. The hotel is ten mins maximum walk to T4, with luggage trollies available at the hotel. Good on site parking but there seems to be no lift access from the lower car park to the hotel so luggage must be carried up stairs.

We had such a wonderful stay here! The lady on reception was absolutely lovely, so warm and welcoming. I wish I could remember her name, but she really made a great first impression.||The rooms were spotless, and the whole environment felt calm and relaxing. We also had dinner at the restaurant and were served by Marcos, who was so sweet and friendly. The food was fantastic! We shared the steak and Stilton flatbread to start, recommended for two, but the portion was really generous. For dessert, my mum had the Eton Mess, and wow, the flavours were incredible.||Overall, we had a brilliant experience and would definitely recommend staying here

The hotel is beautiful, and the staff is amazing. I had injured my leg while traveling earlier in the day. The staff provided support beyond what I asked for, making sure it had the best experience. I have been traveling a lot lately and have stayed in many Hilton airport properties. This experience was hands down the best, by far. Thank you to the amazing staff!
P.S. The breakfast was also wonderful.

I needed a hotel for the night for my flight the next day at Heathrow. This hotel was conveniently located at Terminal 4. After going through passport control + customs it took me at most 10 minutes to walk to the hotel. The walkway to the hotel was covered and conveniently took me straight to the entrance of the hotel. ||Inside the hotel had a modern lobby that was pleasant. My room was clean, modern, and the bed for me was comfortable, no complaints.||I had lunch at the OXBO restaurant in the lobby. Service was great, Levisha made sure I was taken care of. The food was very good as well.

I love coming to the Heathrow Terminal 4 Hilton it always feels like returning home. The hotel is lovely and kept spotless by the housekeeping team. The rooms are comfortable with great amenities. As a diamond member I always find some wine and chocolates in my room which is a lovely touch. ||The breakfast team and quality/ choice of food is outstanding. The team are lead by Jatinder so perfectly are very friendly and welcoming. Ayesha Merico and Kuldeep are great assets to the team and is always a pleasure to be served by them they make me feel like returning family. ||The area by the garden at the back of the hotel is a lovely place to sit and relax you would not believe you were at a major London Airport. ||My only area for improvement would be to upgrade the bedroom air conditioning systems I always find the rooms a little stuffy for my preference||But it a great place and il always be back …

Stayed for business for one night but have been here a few times previously. In short I think it’s a great hotel, super convenient for Heathrow. Room was good size, modern and clean. Staff super efficient and helpful. Didn’t eat there in this occasion but food previously in restaurant was good. On gripe is cost of car parking, for less than 24hrs was about 33 pounds.

The architect who designed the hotel with half the rooms facing the lobby should stay in those rooms.
How horrible! What a privacy!

The check in agent who gives rooms, to customers, literally at the table of the restaurant (lobby floor, literally the window of the room is at a table) should also try those rooms.
So claustrophobic! So dark!
May everyone watch me naked while eating then!

The staff in the entire hotel that are bothered to be working should really try their own poison!

Paying 400£ one night for this was a robbery!

I don't understand why this hotel has a 4+ star rating on Google! Clearly fake reviews they paid for
