We really enjoyed our stay here during the final day of our London trip. The lobby is on the smaller side, so when there are a few check-ins or guests at the front desk, it can feel a bit crowded. However, the front desk staff were very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay, which made a great impression.

We booked a Queen Guest Room with a View on the sixth floor, which is the hotel’s highest level. The view of Hyde Park from our window was lovely, just above the treetops, so you can see glimpses of the park’s paths and some taller buildings in the distance. The room itself was a good size for a standard European hotel room, with a comfortable bed, a small table and chair, and plenty of natural light.

The bathroom was clean and came stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The shower had good water pressure, though the space was a bit tight and water tended to splash out easily, so we had to be careful to keep the rest of the bathroom dry.

The location is excellent and makes it easy to explore different parts of the city. Being right next to Hyde Park and the neighbors at Kensington Palace is a huge plus, and the charming Notting Hill neighborhood is within walking distance, offering great restaurants, shops, and local sights.

One downside we noticed was that the soundproofing between rooms could be better. At one point, it sounded like the guests next door were trying to open our door when they were actually entering their own room, which was surprisingly loud and a bit startling. Another minor issue was that the standard Wi-Fi kept disconnecting and required frequent log-ins, which was a bit inconvenient if you need a reliable connection.

We also tried the buffet breakfast and were impressed by the variety of options. It was plentiful and kept us satisfied for hours as we headed out to explore the city.

Overall, it was a pleasant stay in a great location, and we’d consider returning on our next visit to London!

Decent accommodations. The rooms are a bit dated but clean. There is definitely noise from the street. When we arrived after 3pm our room was still not available and it took another hour to become available.
The staff was polite and quick with requests besides that though. And nice that the attached restaurant has a discount for hotel guests.

Excellent hotel and well located. Staff were helpful and caring. We arrived early in a heatwave and Manager Mohammed gave us cold water to refresh us while we waited for our room. The room was exceptional and the location across the road from Kensington Gardens and 20 minutes walk across park to Serpentine Lido made our visit amazing . Will definitely return

The location is top tier; between the proximity to the park, underground station, and store/restaurants next door I’m not sure you could ask for a more convenient place. The hotel itself and restaurant are wonderful as you would expect. But I would like to emphasize that the service and help provided my Carmela is what sets this hotel apart from the other Hiltons in London. Her extremely welcoming attitude, commitment to helping make sure everything was satisfactory with the room, and assistance in knowing more about the neighborhood was truly appreciated!

My wife and I recently stayed at the Hilton London Hyde Park for a weekend to catch a West End show, and it was an unforgettable experience. The hotel's location is fantastic, just a short walk from Hyde Park and conveniently close to public transport, making it easy to explore the city.

The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring our stay was comfortable from start to finish. Our room was clean, spacious, and offered a lovely view of the park. After a day of sightseeing, we appreciated the cozy atmosphere and the excellent room service.

There's no way I'm going back or recommending the place to anyone. It was impossible to sleep.

The good:
- Great location (park, tube) but could be closer to the center.
- Bathroom was relatively modern, clean and well lit.
- Staff at reception and breakfast were kind and helpful.

The bad:
- The room was outrageously small.
- AC didn't work beyond on/off, was very loud and blew air right onto the bed.
- The window looked on a dirty alley and a ventillation system that was so loud it was impossible to open the window for fresh air.
- There's a full inch gap under the door. The corridor lights provide lighting for your room during the night...
- Sound proofing towards the corridor is terrible. I could hear guests talk in the rooms across the hall with two doors between us.
- Breakfast variety is modest at best.
- Ironing board had basically no padding, the iron was full with stinky leftover water from previous guests.

My wife and I stayed at Hilton London Hyde Park from 27–29 June 2025 for a belated honeymoon, and it was a fantastic experience. The staff were genuinely welcoming and even prepared a lovely surprise in our room with chocolate and juice — a really thoughtful touch! Service was smooth and professional, and the hotel’s historic charm paired perfectly with modern comfort. Great location right next to Hyde Park. Highly recommended!
