This is our go-to hotel when staying in London. We have been staying here for many years and have never had a bad experience. True, the outside looks a little dated, but once you are inside, everything is great. We always ask for a front view on a high floor and have never been disappointed.|The staff are exceptional. We were checked in by Nikki last weekend who couldn't do enough to get us into our room. Housekeeping was excellent as were the bar staff.|As I was celebrating my birthday, the hotel put a bottle of wine and a piece of cake in our room. Such a thoughtful thing to do.|We have, on occasions, tried other hotels but always return here.|Thanks to everyone who made our stay and my birthday so special.|See you again on 10th July. Xxx

I was a little wary of coming here as the reviews aren’t the best but I don’t understand why. This is a good standard of hotel. Big spacious reception area with nice polite staff, great location as it’s next to Westfield and numerous tube stations. ||The one downside is the size of the standard rooms, very small but don’t let that put you off.||The breakfast was easily the best part of my experience. It seems like this hotel takes breakfast very seriously which is sometimes not the case. The breakfast is hosted in a very spacious room which not only has lots of tables but the buffet area is the biggest I’ve ever seen which means they can have lots and lots of choices. As a Scot, I was delighted to see potato scones which is something I’ve never seen outside of Scotland. There were lots of Asian inspired dishes also which was unique. A good amount of staff on as well which meant the tables were cleared quickly. They even had breakfast mimosas.||Bravo Hilton Kensington

My hotel room was clean, room service was thorough, and the staff were so accommodating and helpful during my stay. Their breakfast buffet selection, while a separate fee, was delicious, fresh, and varied. I really appreciated the different selections of cuisine: traditional British, cold cuts, cereal, breads, fruits, gluten free options, halal, Indian, and they even had congee which surprised me.

Like I mentioned before, the staff were SO nice. Unfortunately, I had the terrible experience of having my phone stolen during my trip. Not only did a staff member lend me his phone to make the call to the police, the concierge at that time, Nina, helped me fill out the online police report form for the entire 40 minutes that I was on hold with the police. Honestly, the service of the hotel staff during my time of need made me feel so reassured during this period of time, I don't know what I would have done without their help. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to London.

This hotel has become a bit of a staple for my visits to London. Nothing too high end in comparison to a lot of the hotels in London and it really could do with a bit of a make over in the communal areas.

In general, it’s conveniently located less than a stones throw from the overground, central line underground stations and the Westfield shopping centre. Really easy to find with pleasant staff. I have stayed here multiple times for business, with family, friends and for getaways and have never had a bad experience. The breakfast always has a great selection and always of really good quality. The rooms are spacious and comfortable for the value that you pay. Talking of value, it’s rare that find this hotel trying to compete with other Hilton’s in and around London. It knows what it is and prices accordingly without overcharging guests.

As a whole, I’m an advocate for this hotel despite it looking a bit tiresome (my only reason for a 4 star).

A very tired hotel with lots of staff who are not greatly trained. You enter the the hotel to a concierge and large reception where the staff are overly friendly but probably catering to the largely American clientele.

Check in was smooth and I had requested a room away from the lifts which the lady kindly agreed she would give me a lovely room only to find it was right by the lifts.

Breakfast is good, lots of variety and very tasty.

Be warned - the bar although very comfortable, you have to order at the bar and take your drinks with you. I never saw table service once except if they bring you food. On the third drink, walking to the bar, I was presented a receipt with shock to see they are automatically putting 12.5% service charge on every bill! Automatically! They also have a section for a tip! This is extremely underhand and unprofessional and when I raised it with the bar manager he got very flustered, offered me a free drink, when I refused he took off the 12.5% but did admit it was automatically added to all bills and it was up to us as the customer to remove it. I am all good for paying a service charge if there is a service but to pay them to pour my drink and I then have to collect it! Absurd!

Checked in using digital key which worked perfectly. The reception of this hotel is very old and run down and needs urgent renovation. The bedroom is very small with a small old Samsung tv like the size you would find in a Travelodge. |The room was so hot and the air conditioning didn’t work. The bed was comfortable though. No power sockets or USB next to the bed in fact there was only 2 plugs in total in the room next to the TV.|The bathroom was so small there was hardly any room to move. Shower pressure was very poor.|The location is ok and close to Westfield White City Shopping Centre. WiFi was ok but did drop out occasionally.|This hotel is no longer of a high enough standard to be part of the Hilton brand in my opinion. It’s a budget hotel at best and should not be charging anymore than £60 a night and less if it wasn’t for the location. I personally can’t recommend this property and requires a total renovation.

We had a fantastic stay at Hilton London Kensington! We were visiting to celebrate my birthday and were pleasantly surprised when the team sent a lovely treat to our room — such a thoughtful touch that made our stay even more special. Great check in with Giata!||The breakfast was very generous and absolutely delicious — definitely one of the highlights of our stay. The staff were warm and helpful throughout; someone even assisted us with our bags up to the room, which we really appreciated after a long day.||The hotel was spotlessly clean, and despite being in a central location, it was impressively quiet and peaceful. It’s also super convenient — just a 7-minute walk to the station, making it easy to explore London.||Highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable, friendly, and well-located stay! Thank you !!!!!

My girlfriend and I stayed at the Hilton London Kensington for four nights and had a fantastic experience overall. The location is excellent—while it’s slightly outside the hustle and bustle of central London, it’s still super convenient. Notting Hill, the Westfield shopping mall, and the tube are all just a short walk away, so getting around was easy.

We booked our stay with breakfast included, and that turned out to be a great decision. The breakfast buffet was awesome—there was a solid traditional British selection, plus lots of other options for different tastes. Definitely a great way to start the day.

The room itself was spacious, clean, and very quiet—perfect for relaxing after long days exploring the city. We both slept really well. My only (minor!) gripe was that the walk from our room to the elevator felt like a marathon—it was seriously far. Not a big deal, but something to note if that matters to you.

All in all, it was a comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable stay. We’d happily come back!
