I initially booked this hotel for a 10-night stay but ended up extending it twice—first by 2 nights, and then by an additional 3 nights—making it a total of 14 nights from June 14 to June 28. That in itself should say something about how great the experience was. David on the front desk was very helpful extending my trip without an issue.||The hotel itself is fantastic—comfortable, clean, and well-maintained throughout. One of the highlights was the breakfast: absolutely amazing! It was a meal my family looked forward to each day. Lilyana Pali, Dip, Callum and the other staff were all very polite patient and helpful with my two young children and went out of their way to accommodate us.||The staff were generally friendly and accommodating, and issue during my stay was handled smoothly and professionally. ||If I had to point out one area for improvement, it would be the timing of room cleaning or the soap finishing in the shower area (To which the reply I got was the stock delivery is late. Never heard that before). On several days, the room wasn’t cleaned until quite late in the afternoon, which was a bit inconvenient. The other issue was water for the first 5 days and my 5 days of extended stay I got 4 cans of water without an issue. In between when I called guest services I was told we do not give water, so my reply was I have just got it the previous 5 days. I feel there is a policy clarity issue here across their staff.||That said, it was a very enjoyable and pleasant stay overall. I would definitely consider returning and recommend it to others, especially the location, staff and the overall ambiance of the hotel.

We had originally booked a seperate hotel but it turned into an absolute nightmare which forced us to seek other accommodation. We came to the Hilton in hopes of finding somewhere to stay as we had nowhere else, but the night manager kris was an absolute credit to the hotel. He was more than helpful upon arrival and did absolutely everything to make us feel welcome and help us in anyway he could. Our stay in the hotel was absolutely amazing with the location being top notch. Would highly recommend staying here

Great location. Fast check-in. Nice friendly staff. I liked the personal text messages over my stay, checking in on how I was doing which was a nice touch. Free water in the rooms a great bonus. Was great for the Training event I had there with lots of space.

A big thanks for the front desk team especially to Leoni who went out of her way to provide top notch customer service and care to me and my family. Her efforts really made our week long stay here amazing! ||This was my family's first trip to London. We initially booked the rooms separately , which resulted in my elderly mum and us having rooms in different levels. The hotel was fully booked and we couldn't change rooms on the first day. Leoni proactively helped us to monitor the situation and coordinated the shift on the next day while we were out. We managed to get side by side rooms which really meant alot to my family. ||It's really the personal care and love of service professionals for their guests - that Leoni exemplifies - that creates the Hilton experience. Really appreciate you in going above and beyond. 💗

Rooms were fine. Each room we were in had plumbing issues. Toilet wouldn't flush completely. Singing hot waterlines for the sink. Nothing horrible, slightly annoying. But, the day we left there were only 2 elevators available and the wait times were elongated from the normal availability. The elevators would come to your floor and then go back up instead of going to ground. Painful to only have 2 operating out of 4. Asked for a room with a view and got to look at the inside wall of the building's other side. No view of the city. Asked a concierge for help with figuring out a bus schedule and he suggested I take the tube or a taxi. Not really interested in helping me out with finding my destination. Location is good because it's between Paddington station and Edgware station. Easy to move around on the tube!

The hotel itself is architecturally a 60s abomination, not very attractive. the location is not the best, I was told by multiple people to watch out for my phone safety. The rooms were nice including a nice modern bathroom but the sound insulation was not great even on the top floors we could clearly hear the cards below. Check-in was often understaffed. More disappointing, I ordered a book to be delivered to the hotel, and was told it was delivered to the room but it was never actually delivered, we had to ask for a refund.

We had a fantastic stay here for a few days. We were overwhelmed with how friendly the staff was. We unexpectedly had an upgrade on our room as we were early for check in. That was amazing. The value for money here is unreal, considering it’s in London and on a weekend where most schools are off for Easter.

The cleanliness and amenities the hotel had was perfect. The location was top notch, close to tube station and shops. Rooms were cleaned to a high standard every day. And room service and food for that late night snack after exploring London was just what we needed.

We will definitely return, best experience we’ve had in a big city hotel.
