I stayed at this hotel whilst at Olympia and it is very convenient for that. The reception staff are very friendly and helpful and when I had to complain, they handled it very well.||The room that I had was comfortable, however the shower did not work and it was fixed for me but it then broke again. The bath area was very small and I’m not a very agile person so it was difficult to get in and out of the bath to use the shower . The bathroom itself was quite compact. The bed was comfortable and the room was quite spacious.||I ate in the restaurant a few times and that was okay. Great for a single traveller and the food was nice if a bit pricey. ||Before coming to this hotel, I’ve read a lot of reviews and I do agree that some of the rooms must be old and in need of refurbishment however on the whole my stay was comfortable

I was at the Hilton Olympia Hotel for a conference and I stayed for two nights. The receptionist Karin and his team were very welcoming and even though there was a bit of a misunderstanding with the payment of the room the team deal with it in a blink and If there’s something I really value ( and I guess most of us as customers) is time and attention to detail; and they delivered accordingly.||The room was suitable for my needs. The bathroom was perfectly clean and the bed was spotless and comfortable. ||The Breakfast selection was great! The service was outstanding, shoutout to Karan, Polly, Labisha and the rest of the team! ||So honestly, the service was on point. Really, really good. People were always there to help. Actually, there was one of them ( I don't remember his name). He asked me several times if I wanted tea or coffee that he would bring it to my table!||Can’t praise the team enough! thank you for the welcoming hospitality. I often feel out of place when I travel for work but you made a significant difference on that matter.||I will be back!

Great location in Kensington. Fast and friendly check-in, upgraded to a king room which was quite spacious. The Breakfast was good - only the porridge was on the poor side. They also make eggs to order. Nice little extra was the seperate "lounge" area for diamond members in the evening for having a drink or two.|The hallways- especially the carpets (in the rooms too) are crying for a renewal.

Great location. Clean and tidy. Was in a premier king room, refurbished, would hate to see the old ones as this looked tired and had a bad damp smell in the bathroom, whoever fitted the bathroom needs a new job, the silicone sealant was a disaster. Otherwise fantastic corner room with wonderful city views,, clean, great air con during the heatwave, though it did break but was fixed within 30 mins. Front desk staff very helpful and attentive

Rooms were alright - can’t complain much as I only stayed one night. Breakfast was lovely and the very kind Samir was courteous and very attentive as well. I would like to give a special notation to Karim. He was extremely polite and very diligent with his check-in and assisting me throughout my stay. I was surprised to find out he is 19 years old! Well done Karim, keep up the good work.

Worked perfectly for our event at the Eventim Apollo. We were able to check in early and leave our things. Room was lovely and clean with bath robes and slippers available. We added breakfast while we were there. Staff were pleasant, particularly Benjamin who chatted away.

What a wonderful hotel! I was so nervous when I booked with this hotel because their ratings were average to below average. However, my family I really enjoyed our time here. Staff was amazing. The breakfast buffet is worth the price. I was there for a week and never got sick of the food. The location was perfect because so many different forms of public transportation was nearby. When I tell people about London, the hotel is the first thing I rave about!

Quite a bog standard Hilton. The location was ok, good for me as I like walking and I wanted to be somewhere a bit different to where I had been before. Reasonably close to a tube. Plenty of cafes and eateries nearby.The place was clean and the bed was comfy. It was just fine, nothing more than that. Reception area was nice, staff friendly but the room was bland and edging on tired. I didn't eat in the hotel. The toiletries and complimentary water was nice and the towels and shower were decent. I've stayed in worse places, I've stayed in better places.
