We had two excellent stays over a 10-day period in June 2025. The reception staff were friendly and very helpful. The rooms are dated but everything worked as it should. These are pretty large rooms for London. Service during breakfast was again very good. It is more expensive than area hotels but it is hard to beat the location.

Hilton London Paddington is most convenient hotel in and out London Heathrow Airport. Just half hour by Elizebeth Line, hotel is just at the Padding Station, so I can walk directly into hotel from its back door and sit in the executive lounge looking at the station.||The good experience is not only because of convenience of location. The consistent high quality customer service is more important factor for a grand hotel. When I checked-in I met with customer service supervisor Greeshma. She is very nice and explained to me clearly of hotel facilities. Her service is just excellent.||As a Hilton Diamond member I was upgraded to Queen Suite. The room is facing the front road, overlooking the old metro station. I can feel the grandness of former Great Western Railway Royal Hotel. ||Overall, this is a very good Hilton hotel, giving a traveler everything needed, and let the visitor feeling like coming home.

Have stayed there for 1 night to catch a train in the following day. The hotel is conveniently connected to the train station. The service was good and the room size was reasonable for European standards. The reception team were wonderful

It was my worst Hilton experience in my life. Front desk employees were not helpful. They have no hospitality approach and directly asks how you will pay the accommodation amount. During my check-in the reception employee Mohamed said to me they can prepare two separate bill for my splits payments. But during check out same employee said they cannot do it. After many conversations he provided a split information paper and said those are official invoices. He tried to cheated me. After I call management team and explain my request then they solved the problem. Thanks to manager Joy. Also housekeeping is not successful. They don’t do detailed cleaning and not replaces the finished shower jel, tissues, towels, waters. You need to call housekeeping for informing them to complete the things.

Stay here a lot but they lock down the AC so you cant get the room cool. Love the place and people but as a Lifetime Diamond Member will find other hotels. Really a shame. Even asked multiple times for maintenance to fix as it is all computer controlled and they can update it but they chose not to fix even if you ask multiple times. 3rd stay I have had same issue so at this point I figure they don't care that much.

Stayed in the Hilton Paddington with my partner and just want to give a big shoutout to Mahmoud at the front desk as literally from the arrival his welcome and friendliness made us feel at home. He truly went above and beyond to be sure our stay was amazing you can tell he really cares about his guest, people like him make all the difference.|The room was large and clean and super comfortable and location of the hotel is also is very central, especially if you traveling in and out of London from Paddington Station.. Thanks again for the lovely stay!!

Our second trip to the UK and our go to hotel for location and service. Travelling with two other couples this time and we were so impressed last time that we convinced them to stay here. The staff are all exceptional, friendly and helpful. Fatima at the front desk, could not do enough to make our stay comfortable and memorable. We are looking forward to returning!
