Great location to Harry Potter it's just 11 minutes down the road. Nice hotel. Lovely evening food and drinks. Great variety and value for money breakfast. Only downside was there was no air conditioning in the bedroom and it was so warm it was uncomfortable as it was so hot.

So I was in the Hilton for work over the past 6 weeks it has been a pleasure. Rooms are spacious and have everything I needed. Gym is fantastic and so is the breakfast. Overtime have got to know the staff during my stay both at reception and breakfast and all have been extremely friendly and accommodating. Lucy on front desk and Vali in breakfast have gone above and beyond to make my stay more enjoyable too! Definitely would stay again or recommend to others.

The room was lovely, the staff friendly and the breakfast delicious. I did was to mention 2 members of staff firstly Matt on the bar was amazing found us the drink my husband likes and was so very helpful. Secondly the guy probably a chef at breakfast on Saturday morning, I have lots of allergies and food issues. He helped with advice and also cooked my bacon to crispy so I could eat it. We were relaxed, comfortable and felt welcomed throughout the visit, thank you

Thanks all for looking after us 🙂 special thanks to Divina and Edna for helping organise the stay.||King suite was great for a family and very clean and comfortable. Pillows were unreal.||Hotel location was great for the Harry Potter tour.

I just stayed for a few days whilst helping my parents move house. The hotel rooms were fine if a little tired and probably coils have done with air con because it was so hot. That being said all the staff and service were excellent. A particular mention to Carol who worked behind the bar and at breakfast - thank you!

The stay was fine for what I needed—it served its purpose by being conveniently located near my next destination for an early morning meeting.||The hotel itself is a bit dated, and the rooms could use a refresh. That said, they were equipped with the essentials, and the bed was comfortable, which made for a decent night’s sleep.||The main issue I had was with the restaurant experience. While I appreciate attentive service, the constant interruptions became overwhelming. A young American staff member checked in on me sixteen times over the course of about an hour and twenty minutes. Questions like “How is everything?”, “Would you like dessert?”, “Can I get you more drinks?”—over and over—making it very difficult to enjoy my meal, let alone get any work done.||Eventually, I had to ask him to stop checking in unless I called him over. There’s a fine line between good customer service and intrusive over-attentiveness, and this definitely crossed it.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a very disappointing experience. My stay was disrupted by an event that was incredibly noisy, lasting until midnight. When I made my reservation, there was no indication that this event would be taking place, nor was I informed about potential noise issues.

As a guest, I expected a peaceful environment, but the noise made it impossible to relax or sleep. It’s crucial for hotels to communicate such events to their guests during the booking process.

I hope this feedback helps future guests make informed decisions. I won’t be returning unless improvements are made.

I’ve been staying at the Hilton Watford for many years and it’s always a pleasure to return. Our most recent stay on 29th May was no exception — everything was in order, and the overall experience was very pleasant.||The reception team were warm and welcoming, setting the tone for a comfortable visit. A special mention goes to the breakfast team, who truly go above and beyond every time. Carol and Jamie in particular are always friendly, attentive, and happy to take a moment to chat, which adds a lovely personal touch. The rest of the team — whose names I may not all remember — are equally wonderful, consistently helpful and cheerful.||It’s this genuine hospitality that keeps us coming back. Looking forward to our next stay!
