Our wedding at Hilton Puckrup Hall was an absolute dream come true – pure magic from beginning to end! The breathtaking countryside setting, the elegant manor, and the romantic atmosphere created the perfect fairytale. The staff were exceptional – warm, professional, and genuinely passionate about making our day unforgettable. Every detail was flawless,delicious food and luxurious bridal suite. Our guests were wowed, and we were overwhelmed with love and joy. It felt like a royal celebration! Hilton Puckrup Hall gave us a day beyond perfection. We’ll cherish it forever – Truly a 5-star experience!

We booked the Hilton Grand Suite, and we definitely felt grand! The room service was outstanding since the cleaners cleaned our room every day, replacing the towels and fixing the duvets. You get to experience a breathtaking view of the golf course. When booking, we were concerned about others pointing to aging furnitures but we felt it was all good. Overall this was a 5-star experience. Well done, Hilton.

As a golf society we go to many courses with hotels and I have to say what a fantastic welcoming place this is.|Food was amazing, service outstanding. Bar prices reasonable. Rooms immaculate and beds and pillows very comfortable.|A big shout out to Molly behind the bar who gave a couple of large bottles of water to our group before we went out as it was a very hot day, and we had a few older guys playing.|Golf course was in great condition and buggy hire very reasonable too!|Thank you so much!!!

Had a great stay here! The area is really peaceful and relaxing. The spa area was really nice, great pool and saunas. We didn’t have time for a round of golf but did make it to the range which was great fun. The staff was really friendly and helpful, too. Would definitely come here again.

The staff at the hotel were helpful and friendly, but we felt the room was quite dated and the food in the restaurant was not good and very expensive. We would have been happy with the room, if we had paid half the price, but at almost £200 we expected something better. The location was nice and as I said the staff were great.

We stayed in the Manor House part, The room was beautiful with amazing views, birthday balloons and gift was a fantastic touch. The grounds were spectacular but most of all the staff were amazing, they honestly couldn’t do enough for us, so friendly and helpful. Food in the restaurant was very good and breakfast had everything you could ask for. Only one complaint £30 for one dog staying one night we felt was a bit much, as nothing was supplied extra for the dog, eg biscuits bowls or bed. Overall very impressed, would definitely stay again. Thank you

Having been a Hilton Gold/Diamond member for over 15 years i booked a night stay in the Grand Suite as a surprise for my wife and son. Going for the best room they had i thought would be just perfect.||However after checking in and going to the room things were very very different! Windows with locks all broken, wall paper coming off the walls, No coffee pods for coffee machine, No slippers or dressing gowns. To then top it all off they have charged me twice for the room! ||The Food and drink areas and Pool were great and have obviously had money spent on them to keep them "Fresh". Its a shame the rooms haven't had any money spent on them as they really need to as this lets the whole hotel down.

We stayed here for just 1 night on our way to Cornwall it was a lovely hotel and the service was excellent our rooms were spot on and even the dog loved it especially his chicken compliments to the chef!! There was a good grass area for our pet to stretch his legs the evening meal was delicious and there was a fantastic selection for breakfast we could not fault it.
