The hotel is lovely, facilities great and rooms comfortable. My only issue is that I was travelling with a party of 16, I prepaid for the best double suite, and the rest of them booked a normal double. At double the price there was absolutely no difference between the two, one of the party booked a single room and the only difference between his and mine was that instead of a bed he had a full sized sofa and again paid half the money. Other than that the hotel is lovely and if wasn’t for the price discrepancy I would highly recommend

Thanks for the warm welcome again.|The room was perfect. Very quiet, as expected.|The staff were all very pleasant and helpful.|The breakfast offered a great variety - the smoked salmon was a treat. Catalina ensured that the service provided was exceptional.|The pool, sauna and steam room were most welcome.|It's a shame there isn't an Executive Lounge on site nor vouchers for Diamond members.

We ( my family of four- two adults, two children) had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The rooms were spotless, and the staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive. There were many convenient amenities that made our stay even more enjoyable, such as a coffee machine in the room and an ice machine conveniently located in the corridor by the lift |The health club was also very clean and well-maintained, with a relaxing sauna that was a great bonus especially for our children.|A special mention goes to the manager, Jana ( sorry if I spelled her name incorrectly) . She went above and beyond to ensure our family felt welcomed and well taken care of throughout our stay. Her professionalism and personal attention truly stood out and made a lasting impression. Our children left their favorite toys behind when we checked out of the hotel. After we contacted the hotel, she personally found them and ensured they were delivered to our home. I'm truly speechless with gratitude for her efforts. She is a shining example of what hospitality should be.|Highly recommended, and we look forward to coming back!

I wanted to go to the Hilton for a romantic weekend. I wasn’t sure, so I ask my husband if we could visit the place for dinner today to check out the ambience. An early dinner turned out to be a terrible experience. The food was awful, the atmosphere was non existent and service was basic. When asked about the meal, I shared the experience in the best possible way that I could. To my surprise, we were charged for service when we didn’t receive any service. We didn’t hang around the place. We left and went to Coppid Beach in Bracknell, Great food! Great atmosphere! Great service!

A lovely stay. Well maintained and comfortable hotel. The room is very well thought through. Everything you could possibly need is provided. Charging docking station by the bed, reading lamps, fridge and retractable washing line over the bath! The heated bathroom mirror and strategically placed lighting is perfect for applying makeup. The bed is very large with good quality bedding. The climate control is effective.

Used the main function room for a conference and the meeting rooms for breakout group activities. The catering was very good and the service excellent.

Adequate underground parking and conveniently located.
