What a great service mini bus arrived early but no pressure to leave, driver was very friendly and helpful throughout, he was again sitting outside waiting for us to finish and took us home chatting away and laughing and joking with the passengers. Amazing service from Hire Society taking 30 kids to their P7 residential trip in Lockerbie and picking them up and bringing them home again. Bus was on time, in immaculate condition and price was the best we were quoted. Kids said the driver was brilliant too, even helped load the cases and unload at the other end. Thanks for everything! Will definitely use again!!

I recently phoned here to enquire about coach hire for our wedding, and I was looking for a rough quote before booking at a later date. The lady I spoke with was very rude and hostile towards me. I felt as if I had burdened her by enquiring about a date over a year in advance, which I do not believe to be unreasonable. I was then rudely informed that this date was too far in advance. I was given this years price and remarked that it was a good price, even if there was some increase next year when the wedding takes place. The lady on the phone responded to me as if I was stupid and did not understand that this price was for this year only.
I do not understand why there was such a tone taken with me when I responded positively to what she had said. I came off the phone call feeling like I had wasted their time. I would definitely not recommend this company even if only enquiring.
