Working with Marc has been an absolute game changer for me. I had been struggling with the pressure and stress of running a business and balancing that with family life, and I hadn’t been looking after my mental health as well as I should have been. Marc and I went for a walk in the fresh air and the sunshine for our one hour sessions and I immediately felt at ease. Marc’s down to earth approach makes it so easy to open up to him that it just feels like having a conversation with a friend. After incurring a rather horrific hiking accident last year in the Peak district, it affected me physically, mentally, and in my professional capacity. After having a zoom call with Marc, he listened, shown empathy & patience. He then set me out an action plan. I followed this, I stuck with it & it worked at it. Fantastic results.
