We’ve recently recruited a Quality Engineer using the recruitment services of Holt Engineering.
We had been looking for an experienced Quality Engineer for a role based at our manufacturing facility in Poole. Alison Frances, Senior Recruitment Consultant, worked relentlessly for a few months based on the job specification, however candidates were few and far between. Alison subsequently advised us to review and refine the prerequisite requirements of the role, which we did, and a couple of weeks later she presented us with the ideal candidate.

Liam from Holt Engineering Recruitment has honestly been the most supportive recruiter I have ever worked with. He had a true understanding of my needs the entire way through the process of my application and acceptance of my new job.
