Kevin and Mashud were absolutely fantastic, they kept us up to date with information and explained all processes. We never had to ask for any updates as they were so proactive in communicating with us. They dealt with our remortgage on a BTL and purchase of a new home with such ease and settled any anxieties we had. We were so trusting and grateful for their service.
