We used Horizon Surveys twice for Level 2 surveys their services have been exceptional (both done by Chris). Following enquiring, the survey was booked and arranged quickly. On the day the survey took place, we received a phone call both times giving a run down of everything he had found and the full written report followed a couple days after. The report was written very well, had a significant amount of detail, and the photos were very good. Every aspect was covered from the roof, windows etc even down to the kitchen cupboards/ carpets. Chris was very supportive and helped explain any questions we had, which was especially helpful as a first time buyer! We would definitely use their services again, 100% recommend.

Absolutely fantastic!!!! Horizon have been absolutely outstanding from start to finish.
They were so helpful & provided exceptional customer service & advice.
We had an issue with our first property prior to survey & Horizon offered help & advice which ended up being such a positive outcome for us, they refunded us within 2 days also for our survey.
Therefore when we found another property, we came straight back to them. Booked in our level 2.
Again they were so helpful & efficient.
Our report came back in 2 days! The surveyor even rang straight after he had been to the property & explained everything to my husband & I separately.
The report was so detailed!! We were blown away. Couldn’t ask for more from a company!

Horizon gave a really detailed survey report, with recommendations regarding any issues found. They also gave general advice about the property. Including a phone call to discuss any issues raised.

Excellent from start to finish the online ordering and updating was excellent. I had one hiccup the report wouldn’t open on my iPad from the portal. I reallly wanted a paper Copy posting, but said this wasn’t possible which when your paying £395 they should be flexible to customer needs. In the end they emailed a copy which did open.The chap I spoke to on the phone wasn’t too helpful to be honest
