Don't bother. I called them regarding a recent incident I incurred whilst out shopping where I incurred an injury through no fault of my own. I found them to be very quick to dismiss my case andcthey failed to ask whether I already have a dsability. I've since spoken to another firm who I found to be helpful. These people seemed cross that my call was put through on their lunch break, so perhaps need to take that up with their receptionist, rather reprimand the caller!! Would rate 0 if was possible!

I approached this law firm in regards to a dog attack I had occurred, they were responsive and helpful, however after communicating with them and exploring the possibility of adding my fiancé, (who was at the scene at the time) as a secondary claim victim also, Howe & Co advised us this wouldn’t be possible as we weren’t married.

Another law firm advised us that it would be possible and they weren’t sure why Howe & Co refused to take the case on.

Eventually, I closed my file with Howe & Co and moved onto another law firm who could assist us both.

I only know David in terms of personnel but apart from the impressive building, Everyone I came across from receptionist to other solicitors that i occasionally bump into come across quite warm & helpful.
I like the fact that reception are always calm & on hand to help & don't seem rushed of their feet. That was very important to me as I hate that feeling of being rushed or feel like I have to speak @ 100mph.
David is a genuinely good man to start with, knows his stuff well obviously & has a great team who I have probably never met but exchanged emails. They literally saved me from the clutches of the ... (you know who).
