Early days for our contract but looking very good for value for money and service. Having HR Dept advice line readily available makes me more aware and more willing to seek advice early on in an issue. No question is too small for them to answer and this gives huge amount of comfort knowing that the employer is protected (particularly where you have delegated line management), and employees are being treated fairly and consistently. Recommend highly.
