One of the best decisions I have ever made. After running a small business for over 10 years and trying to handle staff in a somewhat informal way, I decided that as the company started to grow and HR issues would often trip me up, it was time for me to adopt a more formal approach. I had an initial meeting with Nicky Jolley where I was overwhelmingly surprised at the depth of support they provide for a very reasonable cost; so I signed up - and since then the incredibly professional, experienced and supportive team from HR2Day have reviewed our entire business and updated contracts, procedures and policies from top to bottom. Inevitably HR issues have arisen during this period and I have found HR2day to be truly incredible at helping us find immediate and solid, structured resolutions to all of the situations we have needed to deal with.

This has freed up a tremendous amount of time for me to focus on other areas of the business that are more suited to my skills and the growth of the company, as well as giving me much more peace of mind, improving staff morale, discipline and saving us a lot of cost and lost time.

I would 110% recommend HR2day, they are without doubt one of the best companies I have chosen to work with and the team are at the top if their game. I didn’t know how much I needed HR support until I found out just how supportive they are! Especially in a world with unexpected challenges like Covid closures and furlough schemes. I’m so glad we recruited them when we did.

Considering the cost of implementing an in house HR Department, we decided to appoint HR2day as an external resource, which is significantly more cost effective. Far more than just an ‘insurance policy’, they are always on hand to offer advice and to assist in all areas of HR. In our first year of signing up they have helped to resolve a number of issues. Who knows how many future issues they have saved us from by building new employee contracts and masterminding our employee handbook. They have proven to be a most excellent appointment.

Very unprofessional. They failed to return any of my paperwork including original copies of important documents. Their timekeeping is very poor and they seem to be incredibly disorganised, often requesting information with less than 24 hours notice.
