I've had a great experience with HRCentral. I found Amy to not only be very thorough in going through my CV and listed abilities, but she was also able to recognise important underlying skills and relay this to the hiring manager. During the interview process for Quality Engineer at Carter Manufacturing I had the pleasure of being intervened by Amy and Rebecca. I found them to be friendly, sensitive, understanding and totally professional. They were so positive with there interview techniques and made me feel at ease. This allowed me to project the best version of myself due to the environment they set during the whole process. Shortly after starting in my role as CEO, I found that the organisation was lacking in the HR department. As well as having all the usual operational and strategic areas to cover in my first few months I also had to structure the HR side of things, it was a big task. I was recommended Rebecca and her team at HRCentral, not only did they put my mind at rest offering support from the get go, they also regularly check in on me and assisted me setting up everything from scratch. Rebecca and her team have helped set up our central HR database through Breathe. We were allocated a central contact, Amber, who has been fantastic in helping us every step of the way. Breathe HR has offered us a range of features including employee management, payroll processing, benefits administration, time and attendance tracking, and performance management. Amber is always at the end of an email or phone if ever we need anything. It is about knowing that you have all your operational requirements in order, however when things don’t go to plan, the HR Central team is on hand to help. I have experienced this recently and needed HR advice urgently, Rebecca and her team responded immediately, they led me through the legal requirements, put my mind and rest and coached me through the process. For me, HR Central has simplified how we look after our staff and HR, they have also demonstrated that they are there if and when you need them. A huge thanks to Rebecca, Amber and Beth for helping me recently when I needed them the most but also for their continued support. HR Central are a vital part of my team and knowing that they are there, in the background if I ever need anything gives me peace of mind and is priceless.
