Looked after wonderfully during my visit earlier today for a periodic prescription check. Abid was super thorough and explained all aspects of the test with me, by the end of which it was quite obvious that my prescription had changed. I was then passed to Sarah and Samantha who helped me choose some new frames from the fabulous collection in store, along with a very informative discussion to ensure I selected the best lens types for my work and hobbies. Can highly recommend for a totally different customer experience to that of the usual high street chains. Many thanks to all!

I had an extremely sore eye emergency and have recently moved to Cornwall. Torpoint branch could not accommodate me that day so very kindly sourced Looe branch could. They were all so helpful polite and friendly and i had an appointment before lunchtime that day. My optometrist Abid was so very thorough and extremely professional. I cannot recommend this company enough. Thank you Huxter & Davy.

Thank you Huxter and Davy, in Looe, Cornwall… what a professional and friendly service, the staff are kind, and so helpful, and I didn’t feel rushed at all while I was there, they are the real deal, forget the big-name opticians, you get proper glasses and attention here.
