I had a hypno session with Charlotte and I loved it! Charlotte made me feel very comfortable and talked me through the process to put my mind at ease before we started. I can’t remember a lot about being under other than hearing Charlotte give me certain instructions and positive affirmations, it felt very relaxing and surreal.
I slept the best I had in weeks that night! And since that session I’ve noticed a new mindset just starting to creep in, I just feel so much more upbeat and ready to face new things more confidently

I had a session with Charlotte to remove one of my negative emotions/feelings I have been struggling with for a while. She made me feel very relaxed, was supportive throughout when she's seen I found it hard and encouraged me. She managed to make the bad feeling go away completely but also gave me a 'tool' that I basically created myself that I took home in case I struggle again.
I can highly recommend her. Fantastic session and lovely woman.

Charlotte helped with a fear of mine of a certain critter. After a few sessions my reactions are totally different. I am still yet to be tested on what I would have considered as my worst situation to be in, but given what I’ve experienced so far I have faith I will be able to handle it!
