5 stars isn't enough when it comes to rating Ian. That's a bit like trying to describe a trip to one of the wonders of the world in one word - there are too many facets to consider or be able to blandly rank.
Do you want an exceptional coach who will make you constantly face plant at yourself and yet find a way to motivate you to keep going? Do you want a team trainer who will lovingly find ways to get your staff doing what they're supposed to?
