Ideal Coaching Global offers an ELITE education in coaching and one of only a few Level 2 ICF certified schools in the country- this means my lead time to become certified was cut from 22 weeks to 4, and in fact happened in only 2. The educators are top notch and live the work they teach. Bettie Spruill brings 50+ years of transformation and ontological teaching and brilliantly calls students forth to simply ask what's possible and be in the question of the work and what it means to embody coaching. I graduated from the coaching school on Feb 2022. As the first batch of Malaysian graduates, the experience in this school is intimately personalised: Your own measurement of success, your own goals, you have your own coach and mentor.

The curriculum in ICG covered everything a coach needs. Especially the part on how to build your coaching career (or ICG calls, Building Your Coaching Practice). It is not seen in most coaching schools.
