An extremely positive experience, and a very high level of competence and capability that meant we got an excellent deal on our mortgage products. We’ve recently exchanged on a property and worked with Bonny Kemp who took us through the whole process including the life and health insurances. During the purchase of our property we came up against a challenge outside of our control which meant we needed to respond quickly and secure a revised position with the lender. Bonny provided us with options and at a pace that meant we were in strong position. Highly professional yet personable and fantastic advice and service provided by Jason Oakley at IMC Financial Services. He went above and beyond to help us find the best rate for our mortgage, followed by super helpful advice on insurance that suits us and our monthly spend. When we struggled with administrative details during the conveyancing process, he jumped in and promptly helped us resolve the issue. He has always been there to help us whenever we reach out.
