Impact have provided a huge amount of support to me over recent months for a software issue unrelated to them which has caused me a lot of headache running payroll. I can always get through on the phone quickly, and have been assisted straight away by the same engineer each time- Bryan has been fantastic and patient, and has been happy to communicate with the software company to help me resolve the problems as quickly as possible. With less urgent issues I am able to email their support desk, and always receive a prompt reply.
