Initially We hired Imperium Engineering to create structural & architectural plans for our extension project, and we were quite happy with the results.

After observing what they could accomplish, we also made the decision to use their services for the construction phase.

All I can say is that the service was excellent. We were given a deadline by them, which they not only met but also finished two weeks early. The site manager's consideration and decency towards our neighbours and ourselves were very important to us.

Based on our experience, if you're searching for management, cost-effective delivery, and most importantly, QUALITY, we suggest employing their services.

Found Imperium Engineering online and after going back and forth we decided to book a structural survey. They provided a detailed comprehensive report within a short space of time. We asked them to quote us for remedial works along with other companies and their quote was the most competitive. Where do we start with this unprofessional company.

We have carried out numerous works for Imperium engineering Ltd as a subcontractor.

Unfortunately all payments were made late and the director appears on invoice due dates to apologies for delays and assures payments will be made.

A year later we have refered our unpaid invoices to debt collector and STRONGLY advise any construction companies to steer away.

Staff are good however directors lie and make excuses after failing to pay invoices that are 2 months late they had the cheek to ask us to do more projects to hook us on to more unpaid invoices.

Very unprofessional they will not respond to emails instead call so there is no call logs.

We have contacted local papers and will be publishing an article with evidence of how unprofessional and proof of completed works that are not paid.

Please everyone clients or construction companies protect your self from fraud and your hard works earnings and steer away.

Today they have been great with Jeanette getting straight back to me, within minutes.
I have to say that since I wrote that review 4 months ago the construction in question still hasn't been started, they take ages over everything especially getting back to you if you query anything or have a question. Some of their plan simply did not take into account the existing house and expected us to do near impossible things. Some things they proposed simply couldn't be done.
We had a 'Teams' meeting and were promised quick results, that was over two weeks ago and we still do not have the amended plans.
Overall excellent office staff is the best I can say.
