Having worked on myself with Heather since last year, I can testify that I have turned many corners through the coaching I have received. Behaviours that were previously harming my well-being have drastically decreased, with the help of her calm approach and lack of judgement.
I feel that we have successfully reconstructed a lot of unhelpful thoughts, that previous therapists had not managed.
