I attended a DISC workshop run by Inge, and it was incredibly insightful. The results of my DISC profile weren’t a surprise - they described me very well! The information and examples Inge provided were really helpful, especially in dealing with people who have very different profiles. The group discussion was particularly useful in understanding how different profiles think and what they find of value.

Inge provided an engaging summary of each DISC profile type, describing them in a memorable and easy to understand way, and explained the importance in having a mix of profiles when building a team - specifically which profiles are more suited to certain roles, which was very helpful.
