My training with Inspiring Leaders Teacher Training SCITT has been the best decision I could of made. They really do live up to their name with inspiring and passionate teachers and active training sessions. They understand everyone learns differently and are very flexible in their approach to teaching and mentoring. What I love most is that I have been given the chance to meet and work with some of the most amazingly passionate people who share a love of learning and working with children and the opportunities to visit a multitude of settings which means we can put policy and theory into practice. As well as gaining inspiration for when we get our own classrooms!

Choosing Inspiring Leaders for my teacher training was the best decision I have made. Aside from the social aspects, of which there are many, being trained by highly qualified and inspirational teachers and professionals is one of the highlights of this course. This quality modelling really makes a difference and accelerates the progress we are able to make in our own practice. Training not only provides a range of ideas that we can try ourselves in placements but also offers many opportunities to observe and experience a range of different environments, schools and teaching practice to enable us to build up our 'teaching toolkit' and prepare us for our future careers. The team are very flexible and responsive to our needs and requirements as they build their teaching around our reflections and gaps in our knowledge. I would highly recommend this course to anyone looking into teacher training!

Choosing inspiring leaders to train with has been the greatest decision, they are supportive not only through placements and work but also in your personal life. The tutors get to know you on an individual level and support you through the course. I am thoroughly enjoying my time training and would highly recommend them to any future trainees.
