Despite the nature of the circumstances, we had the pleasure of working with iQ Coaches for a close family funeral. Absolutely can't fault Iqbal and this company at all, so compassionate, understanding and reliable. Felt reassured from our first contact and all the way through. Our flighty to Birmingham was cancelled and we ended up in Gatwick Airport much later. IQ Coaches picked us up in the early hours and our driver was fantastic. He explained what was happening and our arrival time and alerted us half an hour before arrival so we could organise taxis etc. He was also very helpful at the airport unloading our luggage and explaining were the taxis were etc.
