Irina has a magnetic energy that is so warm and welcoming. Throughout our sessions and her workshops, she has been a great listener and makes me feel so human when it comes to the difficulties I share with her. She is empathetic and selfless in her nature and really wants to guide her clients towards the root causes of their thinking patterns, and provide proactive steps for them to consistently challenge themselves and see life through a different lens. In a coaching capacity, she is culturally sensitive and very diverse in her thinking and approach.

Since attending sessions with Irina, I have broadened the way I think and perceive life events and unforeseeable circumstances. I have implemented techniques that help me to stay focused on my goals and always strive for contentment and inner-peace. I am learning to let go of all that stunts my growth in order to reach a stage of self-acceptance. I have extremely dark days in which I struggle with my mental health and staying consistent with the plan, but I understand that this is a gradual process that requires daily effort and a process in which I will constantly need to be in-tune with myself so that I may be conscious of my thinking, feelings and actions.

I have been attending sessions with Irina for a while, with many 1:1 sessions and the latest Personality Shaping Marathon workshop. Irina has helped me change my personality and my way of thinking. Using the tools, techniques and processes, Irina has helped me overcome challenges and focus on what matters to me. The changes are permanent as Irina works at the root cause, and its amazing to watch the change within yourself. It was an absolute pleasure to connect with Irina and her session was truly self-discovering and energizing. She possesses an extremely pleasant personality and I admire her active listening skills. She has the ability to connect well with her clients quickly that helped me build a roadmap and gave me a direction to move forward. She is always encouraging, and a patient and insightful coach.
