Tarek replied promptly to our enquiry, a site visit was arranged a few days later , and full report and drawing followed within his time frame . Great communication and a few changes on site were dealt with by phone calls with Tarek , who was readily available for any of my questions. Istidam civil engineering company helped me in inspecting my house and providing me with the required structural detailed report.
Tarek Al-Kerfan is a chartered structural engineer with all the required certificates that enable him to give his thorough and professional support.
The fees his company demanded were very reasonable in comparison to other civil engineering companies I contacted beforehand.
In addition, Tarek and his team were very keen in respecting the appointment times.

Tameem and Tarek have been extremely knowledgeable on helping with a house purchase. Contacted other engineers in Exeter, who didn't want to take on the work, or even consider a sight visit.

Tarek was flexible with taking on the work and was happy with providing an insight visit with Tameem. And was also flexible with the date.

Both had a lot of knowledge and their price was very reasonable. I will definitely use them again.
