James offers a really useful service for home workers like me. I am a professional photographer who needed help setting up a Network Drive to store and back up my image at home. James offered lots of great advice and solutions. While I was away on Holiday a client asked for some images. I could not access to my drive asked James to visit my house, where I had some friends staying, to set up the external access. Considering this was over the Christmas period James managed to find time to visit house and enable access to my Network drive. Without James I would have lost the client and future sales.
