First year everything was great, always on hand to help us answer anything. Gerry was brilliant.

Since then the service has gone down massively, we’ve had a hole in the bathroom for over a year now (that was made by JP, not us) that we were told would be fixed on about 6 occasions.

We haven’t been provided meter readings for 6 months now, despite asking for them and asking for access to our meter which is locked away.

Wouldn’t really recommend it now - rent going up and less response, looking forward to moving out.

I bought my house in Northwich from James Peacocks Property and they were completely faultless from start to finish. Gerry was flexible with viewing times, coming across from home to allow us to view on one occasion. On the day of completion, there was a delay in funds from my sale so Gerry invited me to stay in the office (with my dog) for hours, providing me with endless coffee and chocolate. Even after completion (when they officially have no legal ties to the property), they were extremely supportive when one of the appliances didn't work and providing information as required. Would highly recommend them!

i cant recommend James peacock enough! Gerry and the rest of the team are truly amazing. they are always friendly and happy to help out.

when we had a new born baby at the start of lockdown. the washer broke! (when you need it the most!! lol) Gerry helped resolve it quickly! even with the extra struggles working around the lockdown, she soon had us back up and running! that's only one example.
any question/problem, no matter how daft or small it might seems. was always answered and resolved quickly and professionally.
we were sad to leave them and cant thank them enough.
