We recently used their services to remove bamboo from both our garden and our neighbor’s garden, and overall, we were very happy with the service. Shahara from sales was friendly and helpful from start to finish. Gareth, who carried out the work, was hardworking and clearly knowledgeable.

However, there were a couple of small issues during the survey. The surveyor missed that our garden had a step, which meant the mini digger couldn’t be used, causing a delay in the work; and they overlooked a section of our neighbor’s garden, which resulted in an extra cost to cover the missed area.

We have appointed Japanese Knotweeds Specialist to do purchase survey. We were told that the survey was done last Monday (11 Mar). Till now, even after follow up yesterday and today, we are still not advised the date when we can have the survey report. As we need the survey findings before we can proceed the transaction, can someone here advise me the status?

We've been really pleased with the service and communication by Japanese Knotweed Specialists. We had a combined bamboo/knotweed infestation in our garden (I know - what are the chances?), and had a great experience with our surveyor Cameron. The contracting and invoicing process was smooth and the communications from there on were well managed by our account manager Lauren. It's not cheap, but we received quotations from at least 3 competitors which were all comparable or significantly more expensive.
