I recently completed the ILM Level 3 Award in Leadership and Management, it's an incredible course to say the least and have paved my entry into a leadership role. I don't know what kind of manager I would be without the tools I'd learnt from the course.

They're simple to use, multiple situations to implement and is a dream for someone who likes to plan ahead and have structure.

There isn't one aspect of this course I didn't enjoy or learn something from. Almost gutted it's over. I just wanted to finish by saying the class mates were brilliant and the tutors delivered very well.

I have recently completed my ILM Level 3 in Leadership & Management with Jarrold Training. ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT!
My tutor was Elliot, he was amazing, really great at engaging you and helping you to think broader. The course itself was fantastic, super helpful and really made me realise the type of person I am and the skills I have! I really enjoyed completing the course and really hoping my company put me through the next one too! Highly recommend!!

Finished the forefront, ILM 3 course in may 2024. The trainers were all very good, especially Bryony the main course tutor. Bryony is great at delivering the course content (making them fun and educational) and uses a good variety of training techniques, Bryony is also very supportive and helps you to understand everything that is being taught. Great course that I would thoroughly recommend to anyone interested. I miss the training sessions and for me the coffee was awesome ?

I've just completed my ILM Level 5 in Leadership & Management at Jarrold Training. With Matt as a tutor facilitating our weekly sessions, the group were able to be interactive and fully engaged with the teaching being delivered. Due to this style of teaching as well as a relaxed and supportive environment, there was no 'death by PowerPoint' and Matt made sure to be inclusive of all of us ensuring we all understood both the module content and the assignments. Whilst it's been hard work, Matt has been a ray of sunshine yellow positivity and has made it a great and valuable learning experience.
